My primary goal as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to create a peaceful, safe and inviting environment for each one of my clients, therefore allowing both physical and mental healing to begin.  

Although my experience as a Massage Therapist began only a short time ago, my soul has embraced the need for helping others for as long as I can remember.  When I was young my father experienced severe headaches and I can remember giving him massages that truly seemed to calm and relax him...so began my dream. However, life happened not as I planned or dreamed...soon those dreams faded much in part to poor life choices.

As I approached my 49th birthday I finally realized my DREAM!

After spending the 30 years in "Corporate" America in the Medical Billing and Coding environment where I was under a tremendous amount of stress, working long hours, weekends, no lunches, and rarely taking vacations not to mention I also suffered with chronic pain which only added to my stress, anxiety, depression and the constant feeling that there had to be more to life than merely existing.  I knew that God had a plan for my life and I so desired to live my life according to HIS purpose...so that I could be a better mother, wife, sister and friend. However, life continued to happen and I went on living paycheck to paycheck...day by day until honestly one day I could not go on living that way anymore.

Through some amazing people that God put into my life at just the right time who loved, supported, encouraged and helped me to understand that I could follow my dream, passion and God's plan for my life no matter what it took...and what it took was a major leap of FAITH. It's been said that if you want to walk on water you have to first get out of the boat...so I dove in with both feet and decided to follow my lifelong dream of becoming a Massage Therapist and left my cubicle life in "Corporate America"...needless to say I have not looked back since. I enrolled in Massage School in March of 2014, graduated in September 2014 with an overall average of 92! Passed the State board exam the same week and began Rock N Rose Massage & Bodywork in October 2014. 

I share all this with you in hope that someone, even just one person reading this will realize that no matter your age, your circumstance you can follow your dream...the faith of a mustard seed is all it takes!

I cannot describe how wonderful life is now...now that I can truly have a positive impact in ones life, helping them to feel better...Body, Mind and Spirit.
